Hope House. We are providing school supplies for several children at the Hope House and instead of listing items to buy, we are asking for donations. Please put "Hope House" in the memo of your check. We will purchase water bottles, headphones, and other materials requested (items will be the same for each child). Thank you for your caring and generosity.
Food Bank Reminder - As you prepare for worship each Sunday, please remember to bring a nonperishable food item to help support our local food bank. During the announcements, our children will be collecting the donations. Your generosity not only helps provide for those in need, but also teaches our children the importance of caring for others and sharing God's love through acts of kindness. Thank you for helping us show them that even a small gift can make a big difference.
Special Collection for Detainee Families in Greene
We will have a special collection for monetary donations to support the families in Greene that recently faced detention. There will be baskets located in the Narthex and the lobby for these donations.
Summer Choir!
If you like to make a joyful noise, we would love to have you join the Ivy Creek choir this summer! There are a few times you are invited to come spend time in music together.
Wednesdays 6:45-8pm: This will be a more typical rehearsal. We will mostly work on music for the upcoming weeks and look ahead.
Sundays 9-10: This time will primarily be to warm up and run through music for that Sunday.
Sundays 11:45-12:30ish: This time will depend on the needs of those who are able to join.
If these times don't work for you regularly and you would still like to join in worship through music, please email Caroline at carolthebelle@gmail.com so we can make a plan together.
Food Insecurity Challenge for the Month of July
Your generous donation of non-perishable or perishable food items directly helps local families in need and proves that no one in our area should have to go to bed hungry. In July, our children will collect food each Sunday during our announcement time. This month's focus is SHARK WEEK and donations of canned tuna, salmon, or other canned meat are requested!
Youth Cookbooks
Cookbooks are available for purchase for $20 during Sip & Chat as well as in the church office during office hours. All funds raised will fuel the journey and development of our Confirmation Class of 2026.
