- Oscar Lee Haga was born on April 23, 1873 in Rockingham County, Virginia.
- He married Maude F. Turnes on February 26, 1902 and they had 4 children

- Clarence W.
- Joseph B. & Stafford M. (twins)
- He served in several charges in the Virginia Conference in addition to the Albemarle Circuit.
- He died on December 26, 1959 and is buried in Washington Memorial Park in Sandston.
